The countdown is on. T minus two days until Valentine's day. If you have reservations booked at a classy restaurant or have plans to prepare a microwave meal for your romantic dinner then this may not be the post for you.
Only kidding. You should make this for anyone and everyone in your life because it's so simple. I can almost guarantee they will think you're a master chef and fall madly in love with you.
What you need:
3 pieces boneless skinless chicken
1 cup of light mayo
1/2 cup of fresh parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp of seasoning salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lay the chicken in a sprayed glass pan.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and completely coat the chicken with it.
Give each chicken breast another coat of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
Seriously. That's it. You can thank me later when your guest(s) fall in love with you and think you spent all evening cooking away.
Let me know if you try it!

DeleteI love this type of chicken! My boyfriend and I do a similar recipe, except we just mix mayo and parm cheese together, spread it on the chicken, then dust it with bread crumbs. Such a yummy recipe and it pairs well with garlic mashed potatoes and caesar salad! xo
ReplyDeleteI've heard of dusting with breadcrumbs I'm definitely going to try it out next time! those sound like the perfect side dishes too, yummy.
